Soham Town Rangers are delighted to announce the next steps in progressing women’s football within the club.

At the beginning of the 2024/25 season, the club formed the first ladies’ side in their history.

The campaign finished with the team second in the League and gaining promotion to Division One of the Cambridgeshire Women's Football League.

To build on this success and to form a female pathway, the club are creating a Reserves and Under 18s side ahead of the 2025/26 season.

The Reserves side will play in Division Three of the Cambridgeshire Women's Football League and be managed by Shaun Firek with the assistance of Shona Kelly, whilst Richard Kent and Richard Knight will run the U18s who will complete in JPL Warriors Under 18s League.

The club are currently in the process of interviewing for a new 1st Team manager and will make an announcement once an appointment has been made.
