Appeals to be heard by the Football Association on 26 and 27 May prevent the announcement of the final compilation of Leagues at Steps One to Four of the National League System.
It has been confirmed, however, that the following clubs will definitely join the Southern League on promotion from Step 5 - Bedfont Green (Combined Counties League), Biggleswade Town (South Midlands League), Frome Town (Western League), Hungerford Town (Hellenic League), and VTFC (Wessex League). :
