The League will have three new teams this campaign with Dereham Town, who have been relegated from the Northern Premier League Midlands Division, along with Heacham and Downham Town, who have been promoted from Thurlow Nunn 1st Division North.
Last season’s League winners Ipswich Wanderers have been promoted to the Isthmian League North Division, whilst Haverhill Rovers and Whitton United have been relegated to Thurlow Nunn 1st Division.
