T&C's
1. Members of the public are asked to take care of their own safety and the safety of others. STRFC will not be responsible for any loss of theft of property, vehicles or other items. Nor will STRFC accept any liability whatsoever for loss and damage of any other kind of sustained by persons attending the event save for personal injury or death arising from any negligent act or omission on its part.
2. Admission to this event will not be permitted to any person or persons under the age of 14 years of age unless accompanied by an adult (meaning a person over the age of 18 or above) Proof of age will be necessary if required at point of entry before admission is allowed.
3. STRFC reserve the right to refuse admission at point of entry to any person (including advanced ticket purchases) who appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Additionally any person acting in a threatening manner/poor behavior or a safety risk of other will be asked to leave. If such person or persons refuse to comply this may effect their ejection, whether deployment of the police or otherwise or by reasonable force. No ticket refund will be given to such person/persons.
4.All members of the public must comply with the requirements of any safety announcement made during the event.
5. Should it be necessary to cancel or prematurely terminate the event beyond STRFC's control, such as adverse weather conditions, third party threats to endanger the site, or other acts of God, no alternative date will be arranged , nor will any refund or ticket price will be made.
